DIY Paint Dipped Chopsticks

Wowee I love this super dooper simple DIY by Rachael from Penelope and Pip via Poppytalk!
It's such an easy way to jazz up some old borings and make them fun! And the colours they used are simply divine!

You will need:

Wooden chopsticks
Non-toxic paint
Paint tray
Soft bristle paint brush
Water in container for cleaning brush
Masking tape

Step 1: Mask off the amount you want to paint. Keep in mind you want to stay away from the food end even though you're using non-toxic paint.

Step 2: Paint the end of the chopstick. You may need to give it several coats depending on the paint you use (I painted mine three times)

Step 3: This is the final step. Just wait for your paint to dry and peel off the masking tape to reveal a nice sharp end to the painted part. If you have a non-toxic food safe sealer you could also seal them before you remove the masking tape (this way you can use them over and over again!)

Yay! So gorgeous and simple! Check out this similar post at House of Earnest with wooden utensils!
